二、外购件、外协件均应有制造厂的产品合格证，并契合相关规范的要求，经拌和车生产厂查验合格后方可装配。

2、 Purchased parts and outsourced parts shall have the product certificate of the manufacturer and meet the requirements of relevant specifications. They can be assembled only after they are inspected and qualified by the mixer manufacturer.

三、拌和车的厂定总质量不得超越底盘的许用值，转向轴(轮)载质量和侧倾安稳角应契合GB7258的规则。

3、 The plant determined maximum total mass of the mixer shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the chassis, and the steering shaft (wheel) load mass and roll angle shall conform to the rules of GB7258.

四、焊缝应均匀、平直。无漏焊、裂纹、央渣、表面应无毛边，包砂等现象。

十、运送应装置结实。各衔接部分部件不该有损坏、变形等现象，不该有上车与底盘偏离原先的固定装置的情况。

10、 The delivery shall be firm. The connecting parts shall not be damaged or deformed, and the upper vehicle and chassis shall not deviate from the original fixed device.

十一、车在总质量状态下，以20km/h的速度府能通过14%的坡道外溢。

11、 Under the condition of maximum total mass, the vehicle can pass 14% of the ramp at the speed of 20km / h.

十二、制动功能府契合国标规则。行进车外噪声应符国标要求。

12、 The brake function conforms to the national standard rules. The noise outside the traveling vehicle shall meet the requirements of the national standard.

十三、整车的各项密封功能杰出，各密封面、管接头及一切衔接部位均不得有渗油漏气的现 象。

13、 The sealing functions of the whole vehicle are outstanding, and the sealing surfaces, pipe joints and all connecting parts shall be free of oil leakage.
