自上料搅拌车如果定位不良，需拆下换挡叉轴，检验定位球及弹簧。如果齿轮未完全啮合，用手推动掉档的齿轮或齿套，能者却啮合，应检查换挡叉是否弯曲或者磨损，换挡叉固定螺丝有没有松动，叉端与齿轮槽间隙是否过大。若是换挡良好，而齿轮或齿套又能完全啮合时，应检查齿轮是否磨成雏形、轴承是否松旷、变速轴是否前后移动。根据上述检查所发现的问题，按标准修复，必要时需更换新件。
