(1)固定式搅拌机应有牢靠的基础，移动式搅拌机应采用方木或撑架固定，并保持水平。

(1) The fixed mixer shall have a firm foundation, and the mobile mixer shall be fixed with square timber or brace and kept horizontal.

(2)作业前应检查并确认传动机构、工作装置、防护装置等牢固可靠，操作灵活。三角胶带松紧度适当，搅拌轴两端密封良好。

(2) Before operation, check and confirm that the transmission mechanism, working device and protective device are firm and reliable, and the operation is flexible. The tightness of V-belt is appropriate, and both ends of mixing shaft are well sealed.

(3)启动后，应先空运转，检查搅拌叶旋转方向正确，方可加料加水，进行搅拌作业。加入的砂子应过筛。

(3) After the start-up, it should be idled first, and the rotation direction of the mixing blade should be checked to be correct before adding materials and adding water for mixing operation. The added sand should be screened.

(4)运转中，严禁用手或木棒等伸进搅拌筒内，或在筒口清理灰浆

(4) During operation, it is forbidden to put hands or sticks into the mixing drum, or clean the mortar at the mouth of the drum

(5)作业中，当发生故障不能继续搅拌时，应立即切断电源，将筒内灰浆倒出，排除故障后方可使用。

(5) In the operation, if the mixing can not be continued due to failure, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the mortar in the barrel shall be poured out, and it can be used after troubleshooting.

(6)作业后，应机械内砂浆和积料，用水清洗干净，做好保养工作，切断电源，锁好箱门。 )
