2、在使用操作的时候记得检查搅拌机的各个装置、零件是否正常，以保证其工作的正常进行。确保工作装置、防护装置处于正常状态，观察三角胶是否是适当的松紧度，搅拌轴两端是不是处于密封的状态。

3、在启动搅拌机后，先不要加材料，让它先空转一会。，在确认搅拌叶的转动是正确的方向之后，再加入要使用的原料。另外，如果原料是砂子，那么砂子一定要筛过之后再放入，以免对其造成破坏。

4、在搅拌机正常工作的时候，一定要注意，不要讲手伸入其内，不要在筒口进行作业，也不要将其它棍棒之类的东西放入其中。在工作过程中，如果出现了一些使搅拌机不能正常工作的故障，要及时的拔掉电源，让搅拌机停止工作后将里面的所有灰浆清理干净，查处故障来源，修理好后再让搅拌机进行工作。

5、在搅拌机工作完毕后，断开电源，将搅拌机里面的灰浆、原料等等剩余物，全部倒出来，将它的里面用清水清洗干净，这是保养搅拌机应该做的工作。
