2、混泥土搅拌器应实施二级漏电保护器，工作前开关电源接入后，必须细心查询，经空开试运认为达标，即可应用。试工作时要检查拌筒转速比是不是适合，一般情况下，空开速率比例车（放料后）稍快2~3转，如相距较多，应调节主动轮与传动系统轮的市场份额。

3、拌筒的转动方位应切合箭头符号标示方位，如不符合实，应更改电动机布线。

4、查询传动系统离合和制动系统是不是灵巧牢固，镀锌钢丝绳有没有毁坏，运动轨迹动滑轮是不是，周边有没有防碍及各位置的光洁情况等。

5、开机后，经常注意混泥土搅拌器各构件的工作是不是一切正常。关机时，经常查询混泥土搅拌器叶子是不是弯曲，螺钉有无打下或松脱。

6、当混泥土搅拌完毕或估算停息1h之上，除将边角余料出净外，应用碎石子和冷水倒进抖筒内，启动翻转，把粘在料筒上的水泥砂浆冲洗清洁后如数卸出。料筒内不可有存水，防止料筒和叶子锈蚀。一起还应梳理搅拌筒外积尘，使机械设备保持干净无缺。

6. 7、下班了及关机无需时，应跳闸关闭电源，并锁上配电箱，以保证。
