小型混凝土搅拌车搅拌筒调速操纵杆的操纵应轻便灵活，应设置锁紧装置（或定位装置）。在手柄附近可视处应装有手柄位置指示牌，标明进料、搅动和出料时手柄的方向。

液压系统

液压管路应排列整齐、牢固、合理，各元件应装拆方便，便于维修。液压系统液压油的固体污染度限值应符合QC/T29104的规定。小型混凝土搅拌车工作中，液压系统液压油的温升不得超过40℃，较高温度不得超过80℃。

The hydraulic pipeline shall be arranged orderly, firmly and reasonably, and the components shall be easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain. The limit value of solid contamination of hydraulic oil in hydraulic system should meet the requirements of QC / t29104. During the operation of small concrete mixer, the temperature rise of hydraulic oil in hydraulic system shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the higher temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

供水系统

Water supply system

供搅拌筒清洗用的水箱中水的容量不得小于600L，水的流量不应小于45L/min。压力水箱须配备减压阀，保障水箱中的压力不大于0.6MPa。小型混凝土搅拌车水箱应设置清晰的水位计（管），并能使操纵者容易看清水箱中的水位。

The capacity of water in the water tank for cleaning the mixing drum shall not be less than 600L, and the water flow shall not be less than 45L / min. The pressure tank must be equipped with pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure in the tank is not greater than 0.6MPa. 电气系统

运输车照明、信号装置应符合GB4785的规定。在进料斗附近应设置工作尾灯。单独柴油机取力的运输车，装设的柴油机起动电路，其电压和电流额定值应符合柴油机的有关规定。小型混凝土搅拌车专用装置平均无故障工作时间（Tb）不小于100h，可靠度(R)不小于80%。

The lighting and signal devices of transport vehicles shall comply with the provisions of gb4785. The working tail light should be set near the feed hopper. The voltage and current rating of the diesel engine starting circuit installed on the transport vehicle with separate diesel engine power take-off shall comply with the relevant provisions of the diesel engine. The mean time between failures (TB) of the special device for small concrete mixer truck is not less than 100h, and the reliability (R) is not less than 80%.

搅拌筒

Mixing drum

搅拌筒应设置1～2个能快速打开的入口，孔径不小于450mm，在椭圆形孔的情况下，其短径应不小于350mm，关闭时密封良好。搅拌筒在各种规定的使用状态下，应转动平稳，不得有打颤和振动现象。搅拌叶片与筒体应焊接牢固，螺旋曲线应连接。不应有明显拐点。

The mixing drum shall be provided with 1-2 inlets which can be opened quickly, and the pore diameter shall not be less than 450mm. In the case of elliptical hole, the short diameter shall not be less than 350mm, and the sealing shall be good when closing. The mixing drum shall rotate smoothly without chattering and vibration under various specified conditions. The mixing blade and cylinder shall be welded firmly, and the spiral curve shall be connected. There should be no obvious turning point.

出料溜槽

Discharge chute

出料溜槽应能在水平面内转动180°，以适应不同的卸料位置，在垂直面内应能调节与水平方向的倾斜角，以适应不同的卸料高度。出料溜槽应设置加长溜槽，其装拆应方便，出料溜槽与加长溜槽的总长不应超过3.5m。出料溜槽与加长溜槽连接后应形成圆滑的连接通道，不得阻碍混凝土的卸料。出料溜槽应设置锁紧机构，在小型混凝土搅拌车行驶时，应将出料溜槽固定、锁紧。
